To reach an optimised reliability,
a cost of the design and to check the structure of
a satellite, it is absolutely essential to have exact
data of the material. The
FRAMES-2
data base, implemented for the Agency is designed
to store and process the data relating to the material
resistance. This data base also makes it possible
to store information on multiple layers in order to
make the evaluation of it and to process to the data
calculation of the satellites structures. The structure
of the data and the subjacent strategy of the data
calculation produced by
FRAMES-2
must provide the foundations of a statistical method
to be used by the contractors of the Agency.
