In order to control and manage the risk of Legionellosis contamination, it is mandatory to update the building health notebook, allowing to identify, perform corrective and preventive actions on company buildings and tracing all surveillance actions.
The computerised building health notebook is based on 1997 and 2002 notifications and reports from the French public health concil (Conseil Supérieur d'Hygiène Publique).

The health notebook allows :
- to identify the equipement involved in the air and water networks,
- to keep an history of the installations,
- to record the effective interventions,
- to follow up the risk of bactery contamination,
- to guaranty a high level of security,
- to insure the network quality,
- to perform all necessary modifications, according to the observations and networks problem report.

The notebook, thanks to its database provides:
- the dedicated company and buildings characteristics, rooms and associated air, water networks,
- 2D plans management (Autocad, Word, GIF, JPEG, PDF) and hyperlinks to the notebook associated items,
